The B1/B2 visitor visa is an in-person process: an online DS-160 form, then biometrics, then a consular interview at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata. Interview appointment waits move constantly and have run from a few weeks to many months, so start the visa before you commit money to dates — our USA departures are sold visa-in-hand only. The visa, once issued, is normally valid ten years with each entry allowing up to six months. The fee shown covers the USD 185 government fee at the current rate plus our documentation service, and is indicative; the processing days shown are a planning figure for the full appointment-to-passport cycle, not a promise.
